This is my fourth "expecting" Mother's Day and by far, the happiest, most joyful, most hopeful. While I wish my boys were home and in my arms today, I am thankful that I know who they are, where they are, and that they are loved and cared for now. I'm beyond blessed.
I'm seeing the light at the end of the adoption tunnel and praise God for that today. Watching the baby dedication at church today wasn't hard for me like it has been the past three years of Mother's Days because I know I'll be standing proudly on that stage by the end of this year (probably crying my eyes out, but still).
Today (and everyday) I'm thankful for the boys' birth moms and the Good Samaritan along the way. I found myself thinking of the three of them throughout the day. Where are they now? What are they going through? Do they have any idea how incredibly handsome these boys are? Will they ever know how they blessed our family through a hard time in their own lives? Will I ever get to hug their necks and say "thank you"?
I'm sending a "thank you" in the wind to these women today and a prayer of thankfulness to my Lord for these precious baby boy blessings. Thank you to my mom aka Bebe and Isaac's mom aka Nana for raising us up to know Jesus and serve Him and loving us through journey to their grandchildren.
To Him be the glory for the great things He has done!
